We do not accept returns at Tutu Party Bags. All of our tutu favor bags are shipped in either a padded envelope for single tutu bags or boxes for multiple bags. In the event that your tutu bag arrives damaged, we will exchange it for the exact same item once we recevie the original one back.
All orders will come with delivery confirmation. Insurance can be added for an additional fee.
